If tonight is heavy, call Tele-MANAS 14416, free, 24 hours. Emergency 112. Free legal aid: your District Legal Services Authority, see how.

House rules

These rules apply to our comments, our pages and our community. They are the same for everybody.

  1. No names, faces, addresses, phone numbers, case numbers, employers or schools of any private person. Ever.
  2. Do not upload court orders or certified copies.
  3. Never identify a child, even an adult child, through childhood details.
  4. Keep three words apart: allegation, admission, finding.
  5. No criticism of an individual judge. Talk about reasoning, timelines and process, never a person.
  6. No tagging judges, messaging employers, finding people, petitions aimed at a pending case, or review bombing.
  7. No "all women" or "all men". Talk about the law and the pattern, not a class of people.
  8. If anyone here is in crisis, the first reply is a helpline, not a legal opinion: Tele-MANAS 14416, free, 24 hours.
  9. Do not campaign for anyone's case here, including the founder's. Share the doors instead.
  10. We speak about courts, judges, lawyers and court staff with respect.

The first time a rule is broken, we explain it. The second time, the comment is removed.

How we look after this space

  • A named moderator is present for the first two hours after every post.
  • Doxxing, threats, accusations, gender hatred and calls to target anyone are hidden, not debated.
  • If anyone mentions self harm, the first reply is the helpline, within minutes.
  • Mistakes are corrected openly, in the post and the caption.
  • Comments are closed for a while if anyone tries to identify a person.

What we will never do

  • Name, shame, photograph or identify any private person, child, judge, lawyer or witness.
  • Say a person is guilty of anything a court has not decided.
  • Ask anyone to contact, tag, pressure or review bomb a judge, court, party or employer.
  • Attack judges or courts as a class, or call the system corrupt.
  • Allow “all women lie” or “all men abuse” in our spaces. Ever.
  • Use anyone's story, including the founder's, to pressure a court, a party or a pending case.
